Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All full priced items are may be exchanged or returned unless otherwise noted below.

Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.

We will send you a pre-paid return label via email. Please print it out within 24 hours and use it to send the product back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

Sale items
Only full priced products may be returned for a refund.  Sale items may only be returned for a refund or exchange if they are defective, and it must be within 30 days of purchasing the product.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Made-to-order items 
Products such as art prints, topo ties & accessories, and topo hoodies & leggings are non-refundable  / exchangeable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS. If they are defective upon arrival, we will replace the product at no charge to you.
All masks and face coverings are non-refundable / exchangeable.
