This section of the Colorado River runs through Glenwood Canyon, which is 12.5 miles long and 1,300 feet deep at the the deepest point. There is great whitewater as well as wonderful fishing on this incredibly scenic section on the river. The canyon ends in Glenwood Springs, where you will find natural hot springs along the river.
