These water resistant utility dry bags are made of welded PVC and have round bottoms and a simple roll-down closure with a snap buckle. They’re extremely handy; roll the top down and snap the closure around a rowing frame or canoe thwart. Made of 19-oz. reinforced-PVC with 30-oz. bottoms.
